At SUPCASE, we stand by the durability and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the item in its original packaging if possible and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
